Here we have two shots, a standard agent shot, and a Key Photohraphy shot.

The 2 shots are of the same house, it's true look again!

The agent shot was taken on the property boundary with a quality modern dslr camera.

Our shot was taken with our mast system, giving an appealing perspective, obviously our expertise and experience has also gone into creating this shot.

This spectacular villa is on the market for over €2,500,000.00

Showing the agent shot to perspective buyers it was valued between €499,000.00 and €699,000.00

The agent shot simply does not attract customers, look again and judge for yourself.

Elevated Photography

Elevated photography enables your property to be viewed from a whole new perspective. Imagine being able to have your property photographed from 50ft in the air.

Key Photography can help you to choose the desired shots and capture amazing aerial images of your property and landscape.

Using this unique method enables the photographer to take stunning pictures not normally seen from the ground and at a considerable saving against the cost of using a similar aircraft based system.

All Key Photography's elevated photographs are taken with a special telescopic extending mast, which can reach heights of up to 15 metres. This mast is used after being mounted to our customised photographic vehicle or portable tripod system allowing us to take the required photographs from almost all nearby and suitable ground locations

The latest professional digital cameras are used for all the photographs which in turn are mounted onto a special remote pan and tilt unit fixed to the mast head. When all this is extended to the required height the camera is remotely controlled from below via a laptop computer. Once the desired shots are selected and taken the images are then transferred to the laptop ready for any post photographic adjustments.

High-resolution digital copies of the images that have been taken are presented to you on a CD in the format of your choice.

You can really make your property stand out from the crowd by using this technique and our prices are very affordable. Our elevated photography starts from only €100. Discounts are given if elevated photography is booked in conjunction with any of our other services.

The Weather and Elevated Photography

Elevated photography is limited by rain and wind strength. The mast can be  operated without Guy Rope support up to 15 MPH and with Guy Rope support up to 30 MPH. Key Photography  usually fix Guy Ropes for all situations regardless. For any wind strength greater that these values, elevated photography is not possible. In this event we will make every effort to provide your photographs at the earliest available time thereafter.

The second factor is available light. The ideal operating times are between 10am - 5pm (summer) and 11am - 2pm (winter). A bright day without direct sunlight (thin cloud) is ideal, but sunlight is helpful for 'modelling' in some situations. We will advise on the circumstances and only operate to the best situation.

Time of day is the third factor - i.e. the direction of the light. The direction that a building faces (south / north / etc) for example may dictate the best operating time - morning or afternoon. Again, our experienced operators will advise.
